Fotem Terms & Conditions — Use of the Platform Full Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the Fotem platform ("Fotem", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("member", "you"). By registering on or using Fotem, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Fotem is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform, operated under a licence granted by the relevant authority. These Terms apply in both English and Bangla; in the event of any conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail.

To use Fotem's services, you must create a valid account, provide accurate information, and comply with these Terms. Fotem is not available to anyone residing in a country where online gaming is prohibited by law.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Fotem. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. Fotem reserves the right to verify identity documents at any time.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may operate only one Fotem account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated and balances may be forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts Under the Same Phone Number Are Prohibited
• Multiple accounts from the same device are prohibited
• Operating multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is prohibited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in failed account verification and suspension of withdrawals.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Fotem. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• BKash & Nagad: minimum ৳100, maximum ৳50,000 per transaction
• Rocket: Minimum ৳200, Maximum ৳30,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer: minimum ৳500, maximum ৳5,00,000
• Fotem charges no deposit fees

Withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

All betting activity on Fotem is governed by the rules below. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of these rules.

1. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
2. Fotem reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
3. If a match is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
4. Results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method are considered final.
5. Bets placed on the same outcome from multiple accounts will all be voided
6. If you lose connection during in-play betting, the last confirmed bet will remain valid

Odds Changes

Fotem may update odds at any time. However, once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment will apply.

Fotem offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, detailed on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms

• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days; any bonus not used within this period will be forfeited.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonus balance can only be used to bet on eligible games — it may not apply to all games.
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited

Promotion Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of Fotem promotions, or coordinating in groups to meet bonus requirements, is considered abuse. In such cases, all bonuses will be forfeited and the accounts suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fotem and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Money Laundering or Transactions Involving Illegal Funds
• Betting Using Automated Bots or Software
• Stealing another member's information or gaining unauthorised access to their account
• Payment Chargeback Fraud
• Harassment or abusive behaviour towards other members
• Match Fixing or Illegal Use of Match Information
• Unauthorized Use of Fotem's Brand Name or Logo

Fotem strives to maintain the highest standards; however, Fotem will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or network issues
• Transactions Delayed Due to Third-Party Payment Gateway Issues
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues
• Data Breach or Account Compromise Due to User Negligence

Fotem limits its maximum liability under all circumstances and may take steps to offer compensation for significant issues. Please contact support for further details.

Fotem may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Upon Confirmed Breach of Terms
• Providing False Information or Failure to Complete Identity Verification
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months)
• At the member's own request
• As part of responsible gaming protections

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it, unless it is held pending an investigation or for legal reasons.

Fotem believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why Fotem actively promotes responsible gaming.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Setting Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Betting Limits
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily Restricting Account Access for a Set Duration
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or Permanently Blocking Yourself from the Platform
• Reality Check — Reminder Notifications After a Set Period of Play

Any dispute arising between Fotem and a member will be resolved through the following process:

1. First, submit a complaint to Fotem's customer support team.
2. The support team will respond within 48 hours and work to resolve your issue.
3. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the licensing authority
4. A final decision will be reached through an arbitration body.

These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
